Their website makes it easy to see what each ingredient does (five in this one). Simple to understand, makes sense. Years of competitive sports have finally caught up to me. A knee surgery under my belt, and another one looming – so was looking for a supplement to help with my joint comfort and general wellness. POST WORKOUT PAIN?

This product is great for reducing soreness and recovery time between workouts. I work out with a personal trainer 3-5x per week while keeping up with young kids at home. Lately I have been feeling sore longer from workouts and not as energetic as I would like.
