    After a month of taking these I started to feel noticeably less bloated. I take them every day. I also feel overall better after eating, I used to be exhausted and uncomfortable for hours after most meals, so this is a real game-changer. It doesn’t give me any stomach issues at all. I suffered from severe bloating due to suddenly becoming lactose intolerant a few years ago. I try to avoid dairy products but they are so delicious, and I want to indulge sometimes. I’ve noticed these supplements allow me to eat all my favorite foods without the abdominal pain or gas. This stuff really works! It’s the only thing that’s been able to get rid of that little extra pouch around my belly. I didn’t realize how much of a difference it was making until I ran out and didn’t take it for a week, so now I have a backup bottle waiting for when I get done with this one. Highly recommend.
